Guzman y Gomez wanted to bring the authentic flavours of Mexican ground beef to their Australian customers. Heritage was the key in this campaign, with the ground beef recipe handed down to GyG’s head chef by her mother. Split imagery was used to symbolise the handing down of the family recipe, and the product named “Mama Flores’ Style Ground Beef” in a tribute to the recipe’s originator.
